The very basic and most important tool for PC troubleshooting is “you”
And also you need experience not only in troubleshooting but also in using a computer. I’ve been using the PC since I was a kid, My Dad introduced in the world of computing when I was a little boy. That’s when I started troubleshooting my PC, Dad would just tell me the steps I’d be the one to do it. Later I got used to troubleshooting and began fiddling with my PC everytime something bad happens, or the feeling you have, “kinda like your PC is talking to you, telling you she’s sick!”
There’s no substitute for years of experience, I hope this blog would help you understand how to troubleshoot and repair you PC, even how to detect and correct many common problems that plague PC users may it be software or hardware.
