• Initial Troubleshooting Steps

    • If there are any error messages, read the prompt and take note of it
    • Restart the Computer
    • Turn off the Computer
    • Try to recreate the problem, if you just installed a program try to reinstall that specific program
    • Do a complete system scan with an updated Anti-Virus and updated Virus Definiion
    • Run Scandisk
    • Close all programs that are currently running
    • Restart the Computer

    • Upon turning On the computer, Research on the important parts of the error message such error codes
